A Word From The Editor
Over the past six years, CCR-interactive has developed into the national event for the credit industry. Sponsors and delegates agree that we have established a new template for best practice in the industry, with a real emphasis on knowledge and networking.

We are very proud of this event, which consistently sells out before the big day – with over 400 delegates in attendance in 2012. However, we are always working to improve what we do, by reacting to what the industry needs.

We want the day to evolve to stay ahead of the competition and to continue setting the standards. As a result, this year we will be bringing some big new ideas to the day – new delegate streams and new Awards, Sponsor Focal Points, and the chance for sponsors to book a private room for the day, as well as panel discussions and new Online Forums that will ensure that CCR-interactive is about ‘more than just one day’.

This is an exciting time both for CCR-interactive and for the wider industry – as we all seek to build a brighter future, in a compliant and fair way, always working to achieve the best possible outcomes for customers. So now is the time for industry professionals to share their knowledge and to be up-to-date with all the latest offerings from new and existing suppliers.

The sharing of all this knowledge is at the very heart of CCR-interactive – we gather together the most experienced credit professionals and leading suppliers to the industry and give them new and successful ways to share information and network.

We hope that the updates we make this year will ensure that it remains a day without parallel in the credit industry, where senior figures from creditors and suppliers come together to learn from each other and to do business.
